Yes, we can distribute the survey, or integrate with your existing platform. Our goal is a seamless experience, reducing any administrative burden at your end.

Data Security, Privacy & Ownership

We are ICO registered and comply with UK GDPR Article 5(1)(f). Data is anonymised, encrypted, and securely stored, with access control measures in place.

Data ownership terms are agreed upon at the start of our collaboration. You can manage data handling, or we can collect / manage anonymised data on your behalf.

Accessibility & User Experience

Surveys are accessible on mobile devices, laptops, and office-based platforms, ensuring ease of participation for all employees.

We tailor survey length and frequency to fit your employee experience program. Our goal is to balance thoroughness with engagement.

Participation & Monitoring

We provide detailed reports, including completion rates by demographics and time, to help you monitor and encourage participation.

Responses are reported in aggregate for groups large enough to prevent identifying individuals. If desired, individual responses can remain inaccessible except to Treehouse Analytics.

Results & Action Planning

A first output of results (including rich qualitative insights) is typically available within one week after the survey is completed, or sent to us (if the survey is already run).

We use a two-step interactive process, working alongside you to co-create insights and action-plan, reflecting your organisational context and what is best for your people:

  • Workshop One: Learnings and priority identification, presented within a week.
  • Workshop Two: Detailed action planning based on insights, accessible via our online shared Miro visual management workboard.
